Your tools, your data
Human in the loop
Scattered systems. Manual work. Growth stalls.
You are not short on tools. You are short on a system that runs.
01
Scattered docs and SOPs
Processes live in Drive, Notion, Slack, and memory. No single source of truth.
02
Bottlenecks and handoffs
Leads sit. Content waits. Follow-up depends on who is available.
03
Tools do not talk
CRMs, forms, ads, and email live in separate operational silos.
04
No clear ownership
Unclear roles, no accountability, and no hard rhythm for improvement.
05
Reports do not drive action
Numbers arrive late or not at all. The next experiment is still a guess.
Day-1 proof artifacts
The preview shows real product-shaped outputs: a Department OS, workflow graph, agent roster, approval policy, Day-1 pack, and weekly briefing format.

FAQ
Do you need access to our CRM?
No for the preview. We can compile the sample from your site, intake answers, public context, and optional docs. Live CRM access is a later pilot choice.
Will you send emails or change data?
No by default. External actions stay approval-gated until you explicitly change the policy after a successful pilot.
What happens after the pilot?
You receive the Department OS, runbook, agent roster, workflow graph, and next-step options for provisioning a live runtime.
What if we use custom tools?
The compiler records tool bindings and access levels. Unknown tools are mapped as manual or API-later steps until a safe integration path exists.
Is our data secure?
The preview is read-first and least-privilege by default. Credentials should stay in platform config rather than end up in generated documents.
We operate on least-privilege access. Read-first by default. You approve every external action.
